Sound of the Rockies produces three major concerts a year — in March, June and December — at the University of Denver’s prestigious Newman Center for the Performing Arts. Patrons have the option to subscribe and purchase tickets to all three shows in advance for a reduced price, or buy tickets for individual shows. The ensemble and quartets within the larger group also perform at community events, festivals, and churches throughout metro Denver.

2018 Rocky Mountain District Barbershop Harmony Society Convention

This annual weekend of singing and competition culminates with the crowning of the District Champion Chorus and Quartet that may go on to represent the RMD during the summer of 2019 at the International Convention and Contest in Salt Lake City, Utah. Competition for Senior Quartet Champs and Novice Quartet Champs are also highlights of the convention.
